- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, answer questions, schedule appointments - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Provide administrative support to staff - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry Requirements:
- Proficient in using a computer for email, calendar management, and file organization - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Previous experience as a veterinary office receptionist is preferred - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Familiarity with EzyVet practice management software a bonus We are looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
